(1) The Fund may appoint experts and consultants as necessary for the purpose of obtaining expert services required to carry out the work in accordance with this Act.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the Fund shall prepare a list of experts and update it regularly.
(3) The qualifications, remuneration, service conditions, facilities and other provisions of the experts and consultants to be appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
